These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TviewAlarm — an Android mobile application that delivers TradingView webhook alerts as loud alarms capable of bypassing silent mode and Do Not Disturb — and the tviewalarm.com website (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading the app or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
TviewAlarm is a notification delivery tool for traders using TradingView on Android. When TradingView fires an alert, it sends a webhook payload to a unique TviewAlarm URL. TviewAlarm receives that webhook and pushes an alarm-channel notification to your Android device — the same audio channel used by your alarm clock, which bypasses silent mode and Do Not Disturb by Android design.

TviewAlarm is a notification delivery service only. It does not provide trading signals, investment recommendations, market analysis, or financial advice of any kind. The alerts you receive are generated entirely by your own TradingView alert conditions. TviewAlarm simply delivers them to your device.
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. All trading decisions are solely your responsibility. TviewAlarm is not liable for any losses arising from trades made — or missed — in connection with the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use TviewAlarm. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
You must create an account using a valid email address to use TviewAlarm. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share your account or webhook URLs with other users — each account is for a single user's device.
You can delete your account at any time from the app Settings screen. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data, including alert history, webhook configurations, and volatility trackers.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription through the Google Play Store. You can cancel at any time during the trial — or after — directly from the Google Play Store with no penalty.
After the trial period, the account moves to the free plan. Paid subscriptions are available:
Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Google Play Store. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are governed by Google Play's Terms of Service. TviewAlarm does not process payments directly.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until then.
Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy. If you experience a technical issue with the Service, contact us at support@tviewalarm.com before requesting a refund — we will make every effort to resolve the problem.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
TviewAlarm depends on third-party infrastructure including Google Firebase, the Railway hosting platform, TradingView's webhook system, and your device's internet connection. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted delivery of alerts. Push notification delivery is best-effort and subject to device conditions, battery optimization settings, and network availability.
We are not liable for missed alerts due to connectivity issues, device restrictions, or third-party outages.
All content, branding, and code within the TviewAlarm app and website are owned by Tview Alarm and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. TradingView is a trademark of TradingView Inc. TviewAlarm is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TradingView Inc.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tview Alarm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, missed trading opportunities, or data loss, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that alerts will be delivered within a specific time frame, or that the Service will meet your specific trading requirements.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France, unless applicable consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
